   MVG delivered my car one week late from the estimated delivery date and there was damage to one of the rear view mirrors. Communication was non-existent (I had to initiate all communication). When I tried to resolve the damage issue, I was met with denial and verbal abuse. Don’t use this shipper.

   Worst drivers on the road. Almost caused an accident because he was unable to stay in his lane on I80 near Dubois PA on September 10, 2017 at 930am. License should be revoked.

   The absolute worst service I have ever experienced. He lied to me for 4 straight days about when the car was going to be delivered. Finally on the day of delivery he told me I would have the car at 1pm. He called me at 930 pm and told me he was 2 hours away. After I told him I was not taking delivery of the car that night he showed up at my house at 130 am and left the car in my driveway. Horrible business. Call anyone but this company.

   They suck. They damaged my car and refuse to pay for the damages done to my car. Their insurance deductible is high so basically they are self insured. Don’t do it. They called me the Nigger word and they WE(Black People) all look for something for nothing .

   Found this MVG Auto Shipping company on Google. Called them and they provided me with the quote right away. Price was most affordable among other transport companies. I had my BMW sold through EBay. Needed to be Shipped to MN. So The driver of MVG came the Next Day to pick up my sold car. He was polite and really professional in loading it. They promised me the car was gonna be delivered within 3 days. I was cool with that so the guy who bought it. At the end MVG were late for like a Day. Me and the guy who I shipped the car to, we’re cool. Since 1 day delay isn’t a big deal. So that company gave that BMW a car wash for free. Explaining that was the apologies for 1 Day delay. Over all really good company for communication and professionalism. Thanks MVG. Highly recommend guys!!!
