I wrote a negative review this morning, however, desert auto came back to us after I wrote the review, and although never called or picked up as scheduled, they righted the issue and in all fairness have been totally reliable over the last 5 years.
Confirmed twice and they did not show up, or call, on the pick up day or the day before as they said they would. Never heard from them they went radio silent and we ended up having to drive our car to florida ourselves. A disaster.
